This website is Powered by VoiceIndigo. By using this web site, a service of VoiceIndigo, Inc. ("Service" or "VoiceIndigo Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms
  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users (or anyone else for that matter).
  5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the VoiceIndigo.com service.
  7. You must not modify, adapt or hack this Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with a VoiceIndigo Service.
  8. You must not create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to anyone.
  9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  10. You must not, in the use of this VoiceIndigo Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While VoiceIndigo prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that VoiceIndigo cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Service at your own risk.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We may remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

If you have registered with a VoiceIndigo Service as a Podcaster, then you may find additional terms and conditions regarding terms of use in the VoiceIndigo Content License Agreement.

Copyright

We claim no intellectual property rights over your Profile. Your profile remains yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account.

We encourage you to create and curate channels that may be shared with other users as specified in the preferences that you set. VoiceIndigo has the unlimited right to use and distribute these channels any way we see fit, including and not limited to the inclusion of audio or visual advertisements with any channels or playlists that you create in any manner, including, without limitation, audio and visual advertisements placed before, after, or in between segments of audio or visual content and visual advertisements that are provided simultaneously with the provision of the content to users of any type.

If you have registered with a VoiceIndigo Service as a Podcaster, then you will find additional terms and conditions regarding copyright and ownership in the VoiceIndigo Content License Agreement.

VoiceIndigo respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide VoiceIndigo's Designated Agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) with the relevant information as specified below.

VoiceIndigo's Policy Concerning Claims of Infringement: Written Notice of Copyright Claims

Claims of infringement should be in writing and should be directed to VoiceIndigo's designated agent as specified below. Please include the following information:

  1. A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed;
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

VoiceIndigo's Policy Concerning Repeat Infringers

Under the appropriate circumstances, it is VoiceIndigo's policy to remove and/or to disable access from the VoiceIndigo Service to web pages of repeat infringers, to terminate subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers, and to remove and/or to disable access from the VoiceIndigo Service to web pages as to which there have been steps taken for the purpose of affecting VoiceIndigo's search results such as adding inappropriate "meta-tags."
