VoiceIndigo Terms of Use for Mobilize

Terms and Conditions 

You may only use the graphics and code ("Button") found on
the VoiceIndigo MOBILIZE pages. By using VoiceIndigo graphics 
and code, you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions.  

1. Your right to display the Button is limited to your Web site.

2. You may not remove, distort or alter any element of the Button
   (including the html code) or otherwise change the size or appearance 
   of the Button in any way. 

3. You may not display the Button in any manner that implies a
   relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by
   VoiceIndigo, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest
   editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or
   opinions of VoiceIndigo or VoiceIndigo personnel.  

4. The Button must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing of 10
   pixels between each side of the Logo and other graphic or textual
   elements on your web page.  

5. You may not display the Button in a manner that is misleading,
   defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise
   objectionable to VoiceIndigo, or impairing of the rights of
   VoiceIndigo in its trademarks or logos, in VoiceIndigo's sole
   opinion. You may not use the Button on a site that violates any law
   or regulation.  

6. VoiceIndigo reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate
   or modify your permission to display the Button at any time and to
   take action against any use that does not conform to these terms
   and conditions, infringes any VoiceIndigo intellectual property or
   other right, or violates applicable law.  

7. VoiceIndigo DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
   BY LAW REGARDING THE BUTTON, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST
   INFRINGEMENT.
